The American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) did a study on accountability and found that you have a 65% chance of success of completing a goal if you commit to someone. Not just that, but if you have a specific accountability appointment with a person you’ve committed, you will increase your chance of success by up to 95%.

Why is this different from any other program?

I don’t care what workouts you’re doing. You decide what exercise you want to do. NOT ME.  Work with me and pursue whatever kind of movement/activities you love the most.  Power walk every day, do yoga, weightlifting, dance aerobics, do whatever is most likely to get you up and get you going. However, if you do want some guidance on this, I can provide strength based workout programs.

You decide what food you have. Yes I can provide meal plans, recipes and nutrition advice if you want this support, but ultimately you decide on something that you enjoy and what works for YOU!

I’ve worked one on one with LOTS of women and helped them to achieve INCREDIBLE results, transform their bodies, master their mindsets and create daily routines that work EXCLUSIVELY for them.
