  • I usually only work with clients in the UK and EU but please get in touch to discuss your unique situation.

  • 12 week package is £1200 (payment options available)

  • There is no specific dietary requirement or food plan with this program, however if your goal is fat loss, clients must agree to eat in a calorie deficit. I will provide comprehensive nutritional guidance and support including recipes if required.

  • The program is conveniently delivered through WhatsApp text message and voice-note, 6 days a week (Mon-Sat). Fortnightly check ins will be on zoom.
