About Leanne

Peri-menopause caught me completely off guard. At 38, I found myself battling anxiety, sleepless nights and unexplained weight gain. I was very low and felt like I had just lost that ‘get up and go’.

When I realised I was in peri-menopause, my doctor dismissed my concerns for depression. So I took action and opted for a hysterectomy as my periods were so bad and started to take action by looking at my lifestyle and I started to research.

Even as a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Women’s Accountability Coach, I realised that I wasn’t eating, moving, or living in a way that supported the changes to my mind and body.

Through lots of research and studying to become a Certified Licensed Menopause Champion, I created a method that literally transformed my life. This evidence-based approach not only worked for me but has also supported hundreds of women to take control during peri-menopause and menopause.
